WEBSITE TERMS OF USE:
By using this website, splashables.com, and/or completing this site’s check-out process (whether or not a user chooses to ‘create an account’ for future orders) the user grants Splashables Inc. permission to contact the user via a combination of telephone and/or email correspondence relating to any order placed.
SHIPPING:
To be eligible for the ‘Free Shipping’ offer, an order must have a sub-total (before taxes) of $200.00 CAD or greater. An order with a cart value over $200 CAD is eligible for one free shipment. If an order contains embroidery items in addition to equipment or non-custom apparel, the non-custom items will be shipped before the embroidered items UNLESS customer specifies otherwise. The embroidered items can then be picked up when they are ready – we will contact you via email or phone when the custom items have been completed.
CREDIT TERMS:
All orders must be prepaid via credit card/debit (or cash in-store). We accept VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS.
LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Customers are responsible for protecting against loss or damage in shipment. Before signing a delivery receipt make sure you: (1) Check your shipment against the delivery to be sure you receive all cartons listed, (2) carefully inspect each carton for damage, (3) have the driver note any shortages or damages, even if slight, on the delivery receipt immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage: Do not destroy the carton. Call the carrier immediately, no later than 14 days after delivery, to avoid denial of your claim. Call Splashables Customer Service for assistance.
RETURNS:
We want you to be pleased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know. Call our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Authorization Number. No product may be returned without prior approval from Splashables within 30 days. Goods without prior authorization will be rejected. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returns from a customer’s ordering error.
All products MUST be returned in the same conditions (packaging and/or tags) in which you purchased them.

We reserve the right to change specifications or named manufacturer. In all cases, merchandise shipped will be of equal or superior quality.
